What does the monthly platform fee cover?+
The monthly platform fee covers your dedicated Business Executive, full platform access (Client CRM, Customer App, Servicer App), API Integration Kit, workflow automation, inbound/outbound support, SLA monitoring, and GST-compliant billing. Transaction fees and pass-through actuals are billed separately.
Are there any setup fees?+
Yes — a one-time setup fee applies based on the plan. The Launch plan has a ₹1,50,000 setup fee covering API setup, workflow config, and onboarding up to 50 network nodes. The Growth plan is ₹3,50,000 for full integration and pan-India partner network. Enterprise setup ranges from ₹5,00,000 to ₹25,00,000 depending on custom build scope.
What counts as a "completed" order for billing?+
You are only billed for orders that are fully executed and closed — meaning the service was delivered to your customer. Cancelled requests, failed pickups, or orders that do not reach completion are not counted in your per-order billing.
What are pass-through actuals and who marks them up?+
Pass-through actuals include logistics/courier charges, technician labour fees, spare parts, warehousing, and any third-party diagnostic fees. These are billed to you exactly at cost — Warrantify applies zero markup on pass-throughs. Every invoice includes full itemised documentation so your finance team has complete visibility.
Can we run multiple service modules together?+
Yes. Most clients run two or more service types simultaneously — for example, Claims + Repairs, or Returns + Installations. Multi-service clients are eligible for volume-based pricing adjustments and can structure an Enterprise plan covering all modules under a single contract.
How does the volume discount work?+
Volume discounts apply automatically to transaction execution fees. At 500–999 orders/month you get a 5% reduction; at 1,000–1,999 orders a 10% reduction; at 2,000+ orders pricing is negotiated as a flat rate. Discounts are calculated monthly and reflected on your invoice.
Is a revenue-share model available?+
Yes — for extended warranty programs. Warrantify manages the full extended warranty lifecycle including upsell, activation, claims, and settlement. OEMs and insurers earn without building the ops stack, and Warrantify earns on execution. This model is available to Enterprise clients and large OEMs.
Do you offer custom SLAs?+
Yes. SLAs are configured during onboarding based on your product categories and customer commitments. Our platform monitors every order against your defined SLAs in real time and triggers escalations automatically when thresholds are breached.
