Actual job cost depends on brand, model, and fault complexity; spare parts, consumables, and logistics are always billed separately at actuals. Every quoted price already includes a 30 km round trip (up and down together) to the customer’s location; beyond that, extra distance is billed at ₹6 per additional round-trip km. Rural & Remote area visits are the exception — those are billed for the actual round-trip distance rather than a fixed calculated number. Minimum order quantity to onboard on this rate card is 100 orders/month. Final pricing for any engagement is confirmed during onboarding.
